Accept Close Skip to main content View Profile View Profile View Profile Search by Keyword Search by Location Clear Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert × Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Apply now » Assistant Flight Instructor Location: Amravati | Aug 6, 2026 The Assistant Flight Instructor will support the CFI/DCFI to ensure flight training quality and curriculum standards at the Air India FTO across locations, and to maintain security and safety standards in trainings. • Impart flying training as per their privilege mention in Aircraft Rule 1937, Schedule II, Section -Q. • Adhere to approved syllabus as per Training & Procedure Manual • Ensure quality of training is given to all trainees in prescribed period. • Closely monitor progress of their trainees and work as team to ensure safe flying operations. • Help in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the student pilots’ program. • Do briefing of student pilots, this is to include the long brief, pre-flight brief, and post-flight brief etc. • Maintain the student pilots flight reports on time and to process accordingly. • Assist CFI, Dy. CFI and FIs in monitoring and developing the highest possible personal qualities and discipline of the student pilots. • Always adhere to Standard Operating Procedures of the FTO. • Conduct Flying Simulator Training as well as scheduled by Operations. • They will keep current with DGCA Regulations, revisions in TPM, revisions in SOPs and FOB. • Ensure proper documentation is conducted pre and post flying/simulator exercises. • Complete their eGCA tasks on time • Bring the slow progress trainees or any other issues if any trainee is suffering to CI/CFI’s notice without delay. • Strong Leadership • Decision-making agility • Strategic Planning • Motivational • Communication Skills • Safety Commitment • Interpersonal skills • Adaptability • Location Amravati Maharashtra Apply now » Find similar jobs: FOLLOW US ON Opens in a new tab.
