Associate Manager - Loyalty Conversion Partnerships Job Details | Air India Careers

Job Purpose

Support the development, execution, and day-to-day management of partnerships that allow customers to convert points from banks, wallets, fintechs, aggregators, and other loyalty programs into Maharaja Club Points. This role is responsible for partner onboarding, offer deployment, campaign coordination, and performance tracking, enabling the growth of Air India’s non-airline mileage inflow ecosystem.

Key Accountabilities

Partnership Management & Execution Support the Senior Manager in managing existing point conversion partnerships across financial and loyalty ecosystems. Coordinate the execution of partnership campaigns, offer updates, and communication flows. Maintain strong operational relationships with partner account managers and internal stakeholders. Onboarding & Integration Support Work with tech, legal, and finance teams to support the onboarding of new conversion partners. Assist in integration testing, reconciliation processes, and backend coordination for go-live. Maintain detailed records of partner deliverables, milestones, and commercial arrangements. Campaign Activation & Monitoring Assist in planning and launching promotional offers (e.g., bonus miles, limited-time multipliers) to drive conversions. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to deploy partner communications and member journeys. Performance Tracking & Reporting. Maintain trackers for key partner metrics including transaction volumes, engagement rates, and conversion trends. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal reviews and partner meetings. Monitor campaign performance in real time and recommend tactical adjustments if needed. Support post-campaign analysis with insights and optimization suggestions. Process Management & Issue Resolution Ensure operational SLAs are met across reconciliation, member fulfillment, and issue management. Coordinate with customer support and backend teams to resolve member or partner concerns related to conversions. Document recurring issues and support continuous process improvement initiatives. Market Scanning & Competitive Research. Stay updated on loyalty trends, partner activations by competitors, and conversion mechanics across sectors. Share actionable insights to inform strategy, pricing, and partner positioning. Skills Required for the role Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic analytics tools Data fluency with ability to generate and interpret reports. Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities. Commercial understanding of loyalty point conversions and member engagement mechanics. Attention to detail and structured documentation skills. Familiarity with loyalty platforms, campaign workflows, and member experience considerations Education & Experience requirtements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred 6+ years’ experience in partnerships, loyalty programs, account management, or marketing coordination roles.
