Job Title- Biz Assistant import /export

Job Location-Airocity New Delhi

Overall, Purpose of position

To support the trade service department in import /export documentation, Logistics coordination, maintaining the records, and handling the expense claim/reimbursement to department members and other administrative activities for the department

Roles and responsibilities for the position

Timely, accurate preparation of import export documents.
Arrange logistics quotations from Service providers and make comparison sheet.
Arrangement of transit insurance and update the utilization details in the system
Responsible for arrangement and maintenance of insurance policies like CGL, Warehouse etc.
Maintain the records and update the details in Exim database.
Send the daily shipment reports to biz divisions
Clearance of Food stuff and personal movement of expats
