Business Analyst II
We are looking for a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably working with Salesforce Service Cloud.- Strong experience in gathering requirements, writing user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, business process mapping, and UAT planning, testing, and defect management.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams, CRM platforms, system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, case management, Omni-Channel, workflows, and Salesforce AI features is preferred.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and AI-driven business solutions is an added advantage.
