As a Commercial Intern, you will: Assist the Commercial team with daily administrative and operational activities. Support the implementation of customer service and commercial initiatives. Manage the and CRM – Customer Relationship Management maintain accurate customer information and databases. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and performance dashboards. Support customer relationship management activities and ensure timely follow-up on customer queries. Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure effective service delivery. Gather, analyze, and report on commercial and customer-related data. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends. Assist with the planning and execution of customer engagement activities, events, and commercial campaigns. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.

Recently completed or currently pursuing a qualification in Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and stakeholders. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
