YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Resident Solutions Architect to design and support scalable data, analytics, and AI solutions using Databricks and modern cloud platforms.
YOUR TASKS
- Design scalable Databricks-based data and analytics solutions
- Provide architecture guidance and hands-on technical leadership
- Support production deployments, performance optimization, and platform scalability
- Advise delivery teams on cloud, DevOps, MLOps, security, and governance best practices
YOUR PROFILE
- 10+ years of consulting experience, including 7+ years in data engineering, data platforms, and analytics
- Minimum 6 to 8+ Databricks projects delivered, with hands-on development experience
- Completed Databricks Data Engineering Professional certification and required classes
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Databricks
- Apache Spark, including Spark runtime internals and distributed computing
- Python
- Working knowledge of at least two cloud ecosystems, AWS, Azure, or GCP, with deep expertise in at least one
- Current knowledge across the breadth of Databricks products and platform features
- Experience with performance and scalability optimization
- Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments
- Working knowledge of MLOps

- Generative AI knowledge
- ETL/ELT design
- Big data and lakehouse architecture design
- Streaming architectures
- Security and data governance best practices
- DevOps tools
