Engineering Specialist (Sputter Maintenance) Job Details | Seagate Technology

About the role

• you will: • Perform preventive maintenance and product conversion of the sputtering tool. • Execute equipment trouble shooting and follow up on chronic machine issues including both electrical and mechanical issues • Work with equipment and process engineering on continuous tool improvement on reliability performance and product defect reduction. • Initiate ideas on equipment OEE and productivity improvement, safety hazards and cost saving reduction projects. • Be trained to utilize data analytics and machine learning applications for tool troubleshooting and your feedback will be sought after for further improvements • Be trained on vacuum technology fundamental and have the opportunities for continual learning and growth. About you: • Self-motivated and positive working attitude. • Team player with good problem-solving skill. • Willing to work in a clean room environment. • Willing to work on 12 hours shift pattern.
