Field Service Engineer in PWS

• Provide site service to installed based customers.
• Provide Lifecycle Service to Local customers.
• Perform MRO & Warranty Service to customers.
• Implement Upgrade/Migration Ovation system.
• Provide 24-hour standby service to Korea contract customers.
• Support installed based service infrastructure building in Korea.
• Disseminate safety notices and important KBA to local service organization.
• Provide repair quotation support to local Reps/Sub.
• Work with customer to achieve 100% registration for Ovation system.
• Manage product recall/replacement.
• Reports progress and technical problems to Service Manager.
• Co-work closely with project teams.
• Pro-actively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS excel.
• 3-5 years’ service experience in technical/industrial environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations and working under pressure.
• Knowledge about computer networking (e.g., TCP/IP, Serial, Modbus), and operating software (Windows).
• Traveling is s part of the job as required.
