GenAI Engineer

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer with 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications.

Key Requirements
1. 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
2. Strong experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agents.
3. Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate, or Qdrant.
4. Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
5. Experience building enterprise-grade AI chatbots and conversational AI applications.
6. Proficiency with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
7. Experience using LLM evaluation and observability frameworks such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or similar tools.
8. Experience with web scraping using BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or Playwright.
9. Experience deploying AI applications to production using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
10. Strong knowledge of FastAPI, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Git, and Linux.
11. Ability to mentor and guide junior AI engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership to the team.

Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions using LLMs and RAG architectures.
2. Build scalable chatbot and AI agent applications.
3. Develop and optimize vector search, retrieval, and knowledge base pipelines.
4. Implement LLM evaluation, monitoring, and observability using frameworks such as LangSmith and Langfuse.
5. Build and maintain web scraping and data ingestion pipelines.
6. Guide and mentor team members, share best practices, conduct technical reviews, and support the team in delivering high-quality AI solutions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
