Job Description:-

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and
processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring HR strategies align with business goals, managing talent
acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture. This internship provides hands-on experience in strategic HR practices and an opportunity to learn about managing and developing organizational talent.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

• Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent management processes.

• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

• Supervise and guide the HR team in daily operations.

• Design and manage compensation and benefits programs.

• Lead performance management and employee development initiatives.

• Promote a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.

• Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.

• Support organizational change initiatives and drive culture transformation.

• Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and legal developments.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Master’s degree / M.B.A / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR or organizational development.

• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
