Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role

• Industrial Engineering Studies: Conduct standard validations, time studies, material and method studies, data collection to determine IE standard and productivity improvement
• Operational Efficiency: Analyze and define operational efficiency opportunities for Personnel,Capital, Material and Area cost
• Layout Optimization: Supporting for Layout design and area efficiency improvement
• IE Methodologies: Deployment of IE tools and methodologies in conducting studies, datacollection and projects
• Manufacturing Standards & KPIs: Supporting and establish manufacturing standards and performance KPIs
• Cross-Functional Improvement: Take the responsibility for productivity improvements with crossfunctional teams
• Data Automation: Automation of data collection and evaluation

Your profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher vocational education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Language Skills: Intermediate English proficiency; German is an advantage
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and SAP
