Lead Data Scientist

Requirements

: Substantial experience in a senior data scientist role Experience leading complex projects and customer relationships Significant experience leading technical teams Experience mentoring or training others, serving as a subject matter expert to guide colleagues Strong problem-solving ability and a collaborative approach to resolving issues Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to senior stakeholders Preferred: PhD or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Preferred: Experience working directly with large language models and transformer-based architectures such as BERT, RoBERTa, and T5 Preferred: Working knowledge of recent LLMs including ChatGPT, GPT 3.5, OPT, and BLOOM Preferred: Experience with reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, and hallucination mitigation Preferred: Understanding of the business risks associated with applying LLMs in a business setting Preferred: Experience with large datasets and distributed computing systems such as Hadoop and Spark Preferred: Strong coding skills in Python or another programming language Preferred: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Preferred: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
