• Global Organization setup
• Creation and configuration of:

  • Currencies
  • Organizational structures and their interdependencies

This is a foundational and critical requirement for success in the role.

2. Detailed SAP Finance Configuration (Critical)

The resource should demonstrate expert-level configuration knowledge across the following areas:

Organizational Structures

• Company Code
• Controlling Area
• Operating Concern (CO-PA)
• Chart of Accounts

Financial Framework

• Ledgers
• Currencies
• Segments
• Fiscal Year Variants
• Posting Period Variants

3. Fixed Assets (Critical)

Strong expertise in Asset Accounting is required, including:

• Chart of Depreciation
• Depreciation Areas
• Asset Classes
• Fixed Asset configuration and lifecycle management

4. Accounting Fundamentals (Critical)

The candidate should possess strong functional understanding of:

• Sub-ledger accounting
• General accounting principles
• Finance process integration and impacts across modules

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAP RISE experience
• FICA / BRIM exposure
• CO-PA expertise
