Lead SW Architect

As a Lead Systems Architect – Airports, you will serve as the technical authority for Honeywell’s airport product portfolio, driving architecture strategy, platform evolution, and technology innovation across Airports products such as Next-Generation Visual Docking Guidance Systems (NGVDGS) and Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL) and

You will define end-to-end system architecture, lead system, firmware and hardware platform decisions, and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams in delivering scalable, reliable, cyber-secure, and safety-critical airport products. The role requires deep expertise in systems engineering, hardware, embedded systems, power electronics, sensor-based systems, real-time platforms, and product cybersecurity, combined with strong technical leadership and customer engagement capabilities.

Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, certification stakeholders, suppliers, and airport customers, you will shape technology roadmaps and lead the development and lifecycle evolution of next-generation airport products.
