At Koncepts Lab, we create digital experiences that combine creativity, strategy, and technology. We're looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging animations, compelling visual storytelling, and modern AI-powered creative tools.

Note: This is an on-site position. Only candidates from Kerala are eligible to apply.

Responsibilities

* Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital platforms.
* Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.
* Design animated explainers, reels, advertisements, and promotional videos.
* Explore and incorporate AI-generated visuals, animations, and creative assets into motion projects.
* Use AI tools and emerging technologies to speed up ideation, production, and creative experimentation.
* Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams.
* Stay updated with the latest motion design, animation, and AI creative trends and tools.
* Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in motion graphics or video editing.
* Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
* Experience creating content for social media platforms.
* Knowledge of AI-powered creative and content-generation tools is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with tools such as Kling AI, Runway, Freepik AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar AI tools is a plus.
* Ability to combine AI-generated assets with professional motion design and video editing workflows.
* Creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
* Portfolio or showreel is mandatory.
* Must be based in Kerala and available for on-site work.
