WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a curious, analytical and collaborative planner eager to build end-to-end supply and inventory planning expertise. This person brings accuracy and discipline to execution, uses data to uncover risks and opportunities, and turns analysis into clear insights and recommended actions. The candidate thrives within established strategies and planning guardrails, taking ownership of defined workstreams while knowing when to seek guidance on complex or higher-impact decisions. Strong attention to detail, follow-through and learning agility are essential, along with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

The candidate builds productive cross-functional relationships, communicates clearly with business partners and demonstrates growing confidence in presenting findings and recommendations. This role is ideal for someone early in a planning career who is ready to strengthen business judgment, storytelling and decision-making skills while building toward broader planning responsibility.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Relevant experience in supply and inventory planning, demand planning, supply chain operations, analytics or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with large data sets, identify trends and translate information into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas. Experience with SAP, Power BI, Enterprise AI tool sets, Tableau, Alteryx, Cognos or similar planning and analytics platforms is a plus. Familiarity with SQL, Python, data automation and AI-enabled workflows is beneficial.
  • Effective written, verbal and visual communication skills, with the judgment to manage multiple priorities, resolve routine issues and escalate higher-impact risks when needed.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will support end-to-end supply and inventory planning for an assigned North America business segment. Working within established strategies and planning guardrails, you will execute core planning activities, analyze performance, develop recommendations and partner across teams to support on-time delivery and healthy inventory.

  • Execute regular finished-goods purchasing, including purchase order creation and management of buy exceptions, to support approved business plans and timelines.
  • Monitor supply, delivery and inventory positions, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions within established planning parameters.
  • Use reports and dashboards to track delivery performance, inventory productivity and other core measures, translating findings into clear updates for business partners.
  • Partner with Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, Merchandising and Global Supply Planning to align on inventory status, delivery expectations and required follow-up.
  • Investigate operational issues, coordinate solutions to routine challenges and escalate complex or high-impact decisions with clear context and recommendations.
  • Support process improvements, system releases and team initiatives by completing assigned work, sharing insights and helping strengthen planning tools and workflows.
