QA Lead

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA Lead to manage our QA team and ensure software quality through effective manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor team members. Knowledge of AI-powered testing tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and mentor the QA team, ensuring effective task allocation and continuous skill development.
- Plan and oversee manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and testing frameworks.
- Manage functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve testing processes and release quality.
- Track defects, analyze test results, and maintain QA reports.
- Explore AI-powered testing tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in software testing, covering both manual and automation testing.
- Proven experience in QA team leadership and mentoring.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, TestNG, Appium, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of testing methodologies, API testing, SQL, and Agile/DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools or AI-assisted test automation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
