Reliability & Maintenance Advisor

What you will do

Drives longer-term equipment availability and cost management through development of the annual Maintenance plan and Turnaround / shutdown worklists for the asset Delivers longer-term unit reliability and cost objectives by driving bad actor / vulnerability resolution, effective development and implementation of Equipment Strategies, development of long range plan, and reliability performance improvement activities, prioritized in support of the asset objectives Acts as reliability conscience for their Asset / Business team to ensure decisions are made consistent with asset 's long term reliability and cost objectives Supports short-term equipment availability and cost management through coaching other team members on proper risk screening, financial risk management and analyzing maintenance budget to ensure effective cost management Interfaces with Engineering, Maintenance and Technical Centers, as needed, to ensure effective asset team support is provided About you Bachelor’s degree in engineering 5+ years' experience the in oil and gas / petrochemical industry or other relevant industry Your benefits An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
