Here are the details on this position:
Call Center Experience - Minimum 1 year
Must have current access to High Speed Internet (minimum speed higher than 25MBS download and 8MBS upload)
Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday thru Friday
Starting Shift will be 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM for an indefinite period of time.
Must have a private work area, free from distractions for duration of workday
If there are distractions during the interview, there will be distractions when working - we will pass on the candidate
Experience in Health Care industry with an understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules
Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology
Call Center Experience - Minimum 1 year
Effective communication skills with professional tone and poise
Proficient Keyboarding skills with the ability to multi-task and remain focused
Basic computer skills / knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work alone and with a team
Must live in West Virginia
The pay rate for this position is *** per hour

In order to effectively work as a teleworker with Gainwell, employees Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
