We are looking for a highly driven and experienced professional for the role of
Senior - Supply Chain Management. The incumbent will be responsible for
managing end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning,
procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehouse coordination, and vendor
management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a
proven ability to optimize supply chain processes while ensuring operational
efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain OperationsManage end-to-end supply chain activities from procurement to final productdelivery.Ensure uninterrupted availability of inventory across warehouses andchannels.Monitor supply chain performance and implement process improvements.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chainfunctions.Demand Planning & Inventory ManagementForecast demand based on historical data, sales trends, and businessrequirements.Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.Track inventory movement and ensure inventory accuracy.Coordinate with sales and operations teams for production and replenishmentplanning.Procurement & Vendor ManagementManage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials.Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with vendors.Evaluate vendor performance and identify alternate sourcing opportunities.Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.Logistics & Warehouse ManagementOversee warehousing and distribution activities.Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for operationalefficiency.Ensure compliance with inventory and warehouse management processes.Reporting & Process ImprovementPrepare MIS reports and analyze key supply chain metrics.Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.7-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, orinventory management.Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, Consumer Goods, or E-commerceindustries will be preferred.Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
