We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Intern to join our team at Mantra IT Solutions. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and online brand building.

You will assist in managing the company’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social channels. The role involves close coordination with the design and content teams to create engaging posts, monitor audience engagement, and contribute ideas to improve reach and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and maintaining social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Create engaging content ideas including posts, captions, stories, reels, and campaigns.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creatives and promotional materials.
Schedule and publish content based on monthly/weekly content calendars.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement across platforms.
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to identify new content opportunities.
Support paid promotions and brand awareness campaigns when required.
Key Requirements
Freshers or recent graduates with a strong interest in social media marketing.
Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and trending social platforms.
Good communication, creativity, and content writing skills.
Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools is an advantage.
Awareness of current social media trends and audience behavior.
Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related fields.
Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
A passion for digital media, creativity, and innovation.
