About the role
The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, drive client sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of fitness professionals, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
Operations:
- Manage studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and feedback.
- Monitor client feedback and resolve concerns.
Sales and Marketing:
- Drive client sales, achieving monthly targets.
- Devise strategies to retain clients.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives.
- Build relationships with corporate partners and community organizations.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets, controlling expenses and optimizing revenue.
- Analyze sales and membership data to inform business decisions.
Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of private trainers, group fitness instructors, and sales staff.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive studio culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality/ Pilates studio or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and marketing expertise.
