Talent acquisition Executive

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our full-cycle recruiting process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring top-tier talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and build strong talent pipelines that align with our company's culture and strategic goals.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Sourcing Strategy: Proactively source passive and active candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct preliminary phone screens, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, establish selection criteria, and provide regular updates on hiring pipelines.
• Employer Branding: Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and campus recruiting initiatives to strengthen our brand presence.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the interview process.
• ATS Maintenance: Maintain clean and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate).

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Sourcing Abilities: Proven track record of sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles using advanced search techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Negotiation: Experience managing and negotiating offer packages with candidates.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
