About This Role

The US Lifecycle Management Lead is a senior individual contributor accountable for the end‑to‑end governance, readiness, and execution excellence of Biogen’s global product launches and major lifecycle events. This role will specifically lead early launch activities, ensuring launches are supported by robust supply, quality, regulatory, and flow‑of‑goods strategies. You will partner closely with Asset Leaders and senior functional stakeholders to align commercial ambition, supply feasibility, and financial outcomes. Operating with high autonomy, this role identifies risk early, drives mitigation strategies, and enables confident, data‑driven launch decisions. You will play a critical role in accelerating time‑to‑market while strengthening enterprise launch standards and capabilities.

This is a hybrid role to be based at our Headquarters in Cambridge, MA.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead launch stage‑gate criteria, endorsements, and readiness assessments.
  • Provide portfolio‑level oversight of US launches and major lifecycle events.
  • Facilitate strategic tradeoff decisions across timing, scope, supply, and SKU strategy.
  • Design and support complex, non‑standard launch supply and flow‑of‑goods solutions.
  • Define pre‑approval and managed access supply strategies where applicable.
  • Identify launch risks early and drive mitigation and contingency planning.
  • Deliver executive‑ready insights on launch readiness, risks, and milestones.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of launch excellence tools, playbooks, and KPIs.

Who You Are

You are a strategic launch leader with deep experience navigating complex, regulated global environments. You thrive in ambiguity, influence without authority, and bring clarity to high‑stakes decisions. You are energized by enabling successful patient access through disciplined execution and strong cross‑functional partnerships.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or similar discipline with at least 10 years of related supply chain experience within pharma/biotech. A Master’s degree with commensurate experience may also be considered.
  • Deep expertise in global product launches, lifecycle management, supply chain strategy, manufacturing readiness, and flow-of-goods/legal entity models within a regulated environment.
  • Financial and enterprise‑level risk assessment acumen.
  • Experience with complex or constrained supply launches
  • Executive communication and decision enablement with ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Strong cross‑functional and matrix leadership skills.
