Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Strategist with a strong background in digital marketing and storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing content that enhances brand awareness, audience engagement, and campaign performance.

Fluency in both Malayalam and English is essential, along with hands-on experience in blogs, video scripts, campaign messaging, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute result-oriented content strategies for digital marketing campaigns.

Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaign goals, seasonal trends, and product launches.

Create compelling content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Write video scripts, social media copy, blogs, and campaign messaging in both Malayalam and English.

Collaborate with performance marketers, designers, and video editors to ensure cohesive campaign messaging.

Analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize accordingly.

Maintain consistent tone, branding, and relevance across all digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in content strategy, content creation, or digital marketing.

Strong portfolio demonstrating blogs, social content, and video scripts.

Proficiency in MS Office tools – Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Hands-on experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malayalam.

Strong understanding of platform-specific content trends and audience engagement.

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or brand communication team.

Creative thinking with a strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, and content psychology
