Job Description:

The Executive – Client Service is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely communication, addressing client queries, and coordinating with internal departments to deliver high-quality service. The role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction and supporting business growth through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project or service updates.
Prepare and share reports, proposals, and other client-related documentation.
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/database regularly.
Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely closure of client issues.
Support the business development team in client onboarding and retention activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
