JachOOs Technologies is looking for a results-driven Marketing Strategist who can transform business objectives into effective marketing strategies, generate qualified leads, strengthen brand positioning, and drive measurable business growth.

### Key Responsibilities

* Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, brand positioning, customer acquisition, and product/service sales growth.
* Budget & ROI Management:. Plan and manage marketing budgets, optimize resource allocation, and maximize return on investment (ROI) through data-driven decisions.
* Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate SEO specialists, SMO/social media marketers, Google Ads specialists, graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
* Execution & Performance Monitoring: Prepare strategic execution plans, conduct daily team meetings, track progress, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
* Project Coordination: Work closely with coordinators and team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans for JachOOs and its clients.
* Client & Management Communication: Conduct weekly/monthly review meetings with company management and clients to discuss progress, performance, and future strategies.
* Customer Satisfaction: Collect client feedback regularly, address concerns, and implement improvements to enhance service quality and client retention.
* Research & Innovation: Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies, AI tools, industry trends, and new strategies to improve marketing performance.
* Team Development: Mentor team members, improve their skills, identify talent gaps, and build a capable team aligned with evolving marketing requirements.
* Accountability & Delivery: Take ownership of marketing plans, execution schedules, campaign performance, and agreed client deliverables.

### Required Skills

* Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, branding, and sales strategies.
* Experience in developing marketing budgets, budget planning, monitor campaign expenditure, and improve ROI and ROAS ROI analysis, and campaign performance optimization.
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
* Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong client communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
* Ability to monitor performance, manage deadlines, and drive team accountability.
* Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies, AI tools, and automation solutions.

### What We’re Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency, IT services, SaaS, or B2B environment.
* Strong knowledge of SEO, SMO, Google Ads, paid advertising, content marketing, and conversion optimization.
* Experience in lead generation, branding, campaign planning, and sales-oriented marketing.
* Ability to manage marketing budgets, analyze performance data, and optimize ROI.
* Proven team coordination, leadership, client management, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation, and AI-powered marketing tools.
* A proactive, analytical, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
