We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager who can plan, create, and manage content that drives engagement, builds brand identity, and delivers measurable results. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing brand pages, understanding analytics, and executing social media campaigns that align with marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with brand objectives.

- Manage day-to-day activities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

- Plan, schedule, and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to deliver high-quality creatives, reels, and videos.

- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, DMs, and comments to build community interaction.

- Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports highlighting insights and improvements.

- Stay updated with current social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.

- Work with the paid media team to coordinate organic and paid campaigns for better reach and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.

- Strong understanding of content planning, audience engagement, and platform algorithms.

- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (basic level) is a plus.

- Experience with content calendar creation, caption writing, and hashtag strategy.

- Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).

- Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
